problem with lort.str

Apperently you are M@tt :p
I dont really understand what this guy is doing with his mod.
I dont know what type he is doing, is he using the MOD command with .BIG files or is he overwriting the originals?

m@tt is trying to help you.

he most likley set up the file with a .big not in folders. and just added the lotr.str and didn't give it the proper entry

data/lotr.str add that into the big and it will work.

do a prt screenshot of the contents inside the mod folder or big file in final big press prt screen and then paste into paint, save it and upload with imageshack and then show us.

*save as jpg btw, Paint saves as a bmp by default which are huge files.

yes and it doesnt work ;o Even if i copy that mod ini to rotwk folder, mod will work but lotr.str wont the game will open orginal ;( I dont know why mod doesnt work with mod command there is still orginal game. Any suggestions?

Ah, you're using a .BIG. You have us all the impression you were using a folder.

In your -mod command, put "-mod C:/EEII_ini.big" instead

See we finally found out what i was wondering about, yes he has a .BIG file, so he had to use the mod command correctly! :p
SarumantheWhite, a little suggestion, try to be a bit more clear next time when you post a problem like this :D

Windows7 however, does this work?

It was in the same way but Mod isn't working.
