I am little confused here. Is RS site outdated? I think it is. There are a few missing things. And prehaps a stolen tech link would be nice.

It hasn't been updated for a while, I am sure they are working on it but more important things like coding.

Most up to date information is obviously the released videos, needless to say, there are massive overhauls happening so even trying keep site/anything up to date during this phase would be hard pressed at best.
