I think we should make orbital bombardments a much more significant part of the game like you can perhaps order it to destroy a building(s) from orbit but also include planetary shields like in the movies so sometimes you'd have to send units down like they did at the Battle of Hoth.

Orbital Bombardment is more of an Imperial tactic so PERHAPS it could be exclusive to them...

Very much so. The bombardments should be powerful, much more so then they are now. Still, the rebels should get them too.

I think it said that the Lusankya was the first NR (and presumably Rebel) ship to perform an orbital bombardment. So that's kind of limiting...

The spheres would be possible, of course, but I'm not sure the Empire needs any more superweapons at this point.

What superweapons do they have besides the sovereign?

Well, SSD is kind of superweapon as well... I agree that Empire has enought superweapons. BTW, is Death Star buildable in PR? Never tried it, but I think it's not. Adding it would be great - especially for RolePlay reasons :p

Correct. I believe it was removed for balance reasons.

<DevXen> Today I was at the store and saw a Darth Vader action figure that said "Choking Hazard." It was great.
