The object of the game is to come up with something which, based on what you know about them, is about as unlikely as it gets for the person above you to say. This is a perfect way to take the piss out of someone harmlessly.
Try to make them as funny as you can. It's blatantly obvious that there are a trillion things everyone's unlikely to say - we're looking for fun not mundane inanities.
So, to demonstrate, imagine I'm the 'victim', if you will (and I will be in a minute anyway so
). If Caspa were to post after me, he might post:"Repent, all ye sinners! I have seen the light! Convert to Christianity! God be praised!"
Sure, that's not a particularly funny example but it would be valid.
If you don't know the person's style all that well (or at all), don't post. We're looking for genuine ideas here.
So, here goes. Me posting about the person above me:
"<anything at all, because there is nobody there>"
