Er... If I'm understanding your question, you want to know why it doesn't have octuple ion batteries? Well, we have good sources that it exists, but not really any sources on it's armament. So it was changed to be a bit better in ship to ship combat.

Phoenix doesn't seem to have a modeler... so not much there is that can be done.

Let me rephrase that...
There's no modelers working JUST for this mod. Phoenix tends to find models from other sources and asks to use them, I think.
Last I heard, it was mostly from EvilleJedi, or however you spell it...

There is none. There's not much of a point to one, really.
It'd be able to take down the shields and would be pretty useless after that as it wouldn't do much damage.

The ISD in the vanilla EaW has 4 turbolasers and two ion cannons. That is not canon.
