I'm currently attempting to find my AutoCAD 2000 CD so I can reinstall. I lost my CDs, and yeah, that's pretty bad considering the price on those kinds of programs. Anyhow, if I remember correctly AutoDesk is compatible with 3D StudioMax. If I can find my CDs I can draft out some concept sketches in CAD and they should easily be transferrable to 3D StudioMax, quite possibly in 3d already. Then only issue is, I don't know what kind of scale you guys draw in, so you might have to scale down my work. I'm used to drawing shit over 3 stories tall. >_<
Ugh, why can't you just DIE? Seriously.

Difference is, not all medics can go to a theatre of war. There is a special medicine school within themilitary academy that trains medics for military purpose. In the case of everyday medics, if you kill someone, your future is %$kt, your job is gone and your image as a medic will transform into that of a murderer. And as a plus you have all the chances to lose the malpractice trial and you will win some hard jail years.
Again, there is a big difference between war medics and hospital ones. Only the first are allowed to kill.

you've falsly romantisized the role of the medic. They arn't guardian angles or saints. They're soldiers who are trained in first aid. They don't maintain a pristine image, nor is thier future in any way efected by using a rifle. They train the same as every ther soldier and are expected to be just as capable. My mother was trained as a combat medic (army). Killing the enemy is still part of thier line of work.

Everyone in the army, EVERYONE, is a soldier and expected to behave as such. and the abiliy to move and shoot is part of that. Everyone is issued a side arm, even doctors. Niether Medics nor doctors would refrain from using thier weapons if the situation called for it. AND no one would look down on them for doing so.

"Medic" may not be what you are looking for at all. You may want to be a civilian medical worker if you want to reach toward such a utopian standard.

Between now and the next polished release there should be very little new art work done. Instead the focus is on designing, testing, and fixing. the mod has always been so close to finished that its nearly criminal. I'd love to see this through to the end with a real community effort.

I think Anubus is talking about being a Civvy doctor. I take it he wants to work as a doctor in the civilain land, not in the military.
