I dont think it can be animated, its just a PCX afaik.
Looks really good except the ingame image seems a little blurry.

Thanks. Bolt is correct, It's only a .PCX image.
The In-game shot was supposed to look a little bit blurry as it was meant to look like some kind of satellite shot, I mite add a noise effect instead though. (I can't believe I forgot to save the photo shop document >_>)

I'd add interference lines or something, as atm it looks just jpegified.
