I made this using a free program called Paint.NET.
I used this in my school so that is where I know it from, I have it on my computer now too, playing around with things and making thins like this. I'm not amazingly good but I decent, I use tutorials until I get better.


I can try to make a sig, but I won't promise a new design for each (not picture wise, more like texture wise), still I can try.

EDIT: I added better looking background.

If any one wants a sig like the 3rd one, tell me. Also tell me what color you want the wavy lines to be, it can be more than one color. I will put an example here once I finish it.

No, I just found out you can do multiple colors, anyways, I'm still using tutorials, but if I keep playing 'round with it, I will get better and find something new.

Btw, anyone want the rainbow one?

No, I used Paint.NET, as mentioned at the beginning of the topic. I've used this in schools and to get more features you can download plug-ins for this to create things. I used a couple plug-ins to create that sig, as mentioned, I use tutorials.
