Hi guys,

i'm playing SEE now for about a few month and don't wanna play the standart BfmeII again, BUT:

everytime I try to install maps I made myself or downloaded somewhere in the web, SEE crashes and gives an odd game.dat error. Standard BfmeII is running fine all the time.
The moment I erase the new maps from the "Maps"-folder, SEE is running fine again.

Is there a solution for this? Please help

Greetings,

Marc

Did you put the maps in appdata/roaming/my battle for middle earth 2 files?

Trying to hold on...

Yep. I tried to put it into the "regular" maps folder, the SEE maps folder, even tried to put them into both folders at the same time. regular BfMe runs quite well, but SEE just don't start anymore (except I erase the maps from the "regular" maps folder).
