I say less becuse Osiris buildings is far away from done.I estimate between 84-87%.

Apollo ain't going for a shit 3 sided release. Hense my estimate of 84-87% based on Apollo's own percentage of 80% a while ago and various tidbits. But really it's impossible for even Apollo to make a real percentage... you just mod as you feel. If you want to lose a feature percentage goes up, change something it might go down.

like bolt said... it's quite impossible to use that system well...
okay say even if RS was 100%, that would most likely refer to assets being finished, but still have unfinished mod as tons of coding issues/glitches to work out. weekly progress is perhaps 0,5% given dealing with very hard limits of original game and new features easily cause more bugs.
things to do are numerious
audio work ranging from various unit speeches, EVAs for each side and firing sounds, idle/moving sounds where possible, each side taunts and of course off-sourcing some voice talent... the list goes on.
gfx work ranging from GUI & sidebar arts to tons of cameos, unit art voxels and obviously building art and obviously i have had to improvise alot given demands.
if someone states that werent it for osi and that consideration for 3 sides release should be made...
this was considered ages ago but its impossible..the 3 original sides arts are not all done while you may think otherwise.
coding wise i'm working on the tech branches for all 4 sides that will answer the cry of too many units/too confusing.

I couild give you a huge pack of fire sound and explosions I have found on he internet. Also robot voices for units. To explain why the original vote of 'release 3 sides, then release 4 in later version' was cast aside:
If you balance 3 sides against eachother, then add a 4th, everything must be modified all over again to enable that side to be balanced. You're basically starting from scratch from a code point of view. It will actually take less time to do it this way and only code each and every unit only ONCE over. So quit complaining. It'll come to you sooner if you let Apollo do his thang.
And pay attention now, as I'm only going to say this once.

It will be released when it's ready, or when Apollo is ready to release it. Believe me when I say it won't be forever wait.
