I don't know if this has ben adressed or not but if you try to play the fall of arnor you can play as Gondor, Elves, Angmar, Rohan , and MotE ... but not Arnor!? LOL... agian dont know if this has ben resolved...

wotr is not finished and so some of the factions arent even in wotr, let alone working in it correctly. dont expect something like this to be fixed until much later on.
