Phoenix Rising Enhanced Ship Pack v1.0

This is a pack to expand on Phoenix Rising Enhanced

Readme:

Installation: Move XML folder into data, and Textures and Models into Art. Replace all files.
This will work best if you already have PR Enhanced installed.

Features:
Kaleb Graff:
Marauder
Increased Turbolaser and Turboion range and damage.

TheEmpire:
Nebulon B2

Coming Soon: AnakinSkySolo's Bothan Assault Cruiser

Credits for the B2:
z3rox, Re-skin of Nebulon B2, Icons of nebulon 2B

Avenger, Animations (I am not sure if Death clones count as animations so just a precaution)

Pheonix Riseing, Who without we would not have the wonderfull Pheonix Rising Mod. Also all the xml files.(I used a copy of the Nebulon B xml to make the Nebulon B2.) Also the text files and all the icons exept for the nebulon 2B ones.

Dalmp, Without his pack the fireing and sound from the ship would not be anywhere near as good.

Keraunos, I would have never have gotten it working if it was not for the tips.

Mediator. If you've got the Lurcehulk from Z3x0rs mod then the Mediator shouldn't be to hard., if not the same models on the AEM mod. Maybe powerful enough so 2-5 could take down the Executor.

Also the MC90 and artillery ships.

And maybe make a few ships avaliable only on certain plaents as already been sugested like the larger MC ships.

Another idea might be to make the DS buildable at The Maw, and the DSII buildble at Endor, but any space hero in a fighter can take it down. If thats to difficult then never mind, dispite being a rebel guy I miss that thing :(.

I'll probably have more ideas later, but its late here and I should be getting to bed...

My suggestions are on the planet-unique ships topic, but I would also like to see more CIS ships in the Rebellion. As I said before, I want to help with this, but I don't know anything about modding, so I will start learning something with some tutorials...

I suggested this in a post I did a long time ago in Mine's Bigger

1. Bothan Assault Cruiser
2. Majestic Heavy Cruiser
3. Defender Class Carrier
4. Endurance Class Carrier
5. Ranger Gunship
6. Warrior Gunship
7. Mediator Cruiser
8. Viscount Star Defender
9. Lucrehulk Battleship: This one would be very interesting, because it is very well armed (I'm talking about the Clone Wars updated version with about a thousand weapons) and would make an interesting addition for pirates.
10. Nebula-class Star Destroyer

Anyway, I wouldn't want you to add all of them, because then the Rebellion would be overpowered, just two or three, and for the Empire, the Vindicator-class, the Star Galleon class and the Escort carrier would also be great.

Mostly, I'm looking for ships that people have built, I'm not building them myself. The Death Star will likely not be returned, but you never know. And what artillery ships.

Those are all on the list of things I'd like to see as well, but until I have models and someone to make the ships, It isn't going to happen. The Drazz was working on the Lucrehulk, though.

Excuse my bad spelling and grammer, I just got back from a filling and I'm still slightly high from the anistetic.

A few more ideas but not all are ship additions.

If it possible to upgrade the grassion forces of space stations? I'm sick of having my lvl 5 space station launching crappy headhunters... If I knew how to I'd fix it myself.
The artillary ships are the Broadside, and the Murorder and that small MC ship from FoC. I'd like to see some old Clone War ships buildible at cetian planets only for the Rebellion, like Hypori. And all the old CIS ships should be buildable for the CSA seeing they brought them all after the CWs.

Heres another idea, theres been a few complaints about the removal of hard points, but we all know that the common computer will crash as soon as you try to target a SSD and 5000 little green dots show up. So idea: if possible, make key systems and weapons (like engines, hangers, tractor beams, larger turbo lasers, you get the idea), targetable, yet destroying these does no damage to the hull, only damages these systems and weapons. How ever I imagine that idea being overly complecated, and probably best saved for seprate mod.

The artillery ships aren't really canon. Marauder in particular is supposed to be a CSA ship without any solid projectiles.

Last I heard about hard points, the idea was to make them destructible, but not targetable.

The first is good, and I've thought that myself. I'm not sure how, but if I think of something, I'll add it. All of the old ships should not be buildable, but I will give them the Recusant. The hard points suggestion is not new, but is impossible as suggested. I don't think I'll add clone wars ships as they will take time better devoted to other ships.

Very true on both counts. Actually, I'm working on a canon Marauder now.

In filefront someone released a three ship model pack, which includes the Viscount. LordX is the name of the guy. About the stations, if I model the ones that I suggested, then would you use them?

I'd still prefer the Mediator over the Viscount, I'm not sure why though, maybe because I'm used to using the Mediator in other mods. If the Viscount is used it would probably be just be like a re-modeled SSD. That was the same idea in Galactic Battlegrounds, keep the stats the same but change the model, its a good idea but SWGB is an old (but classic) game and feels like taking a step back.

That and I thought the Viscount model was used for the Independence anyway.

Probably. If you are speaking of splitting shipyards and defense stations, I support that. The problem is having to redo all of the XML.

We don't have a canon Mediator pic, but we have one of the Viscount. Also, we have to shed some canon for the sake of gameplay.

After the B2. I messed up the upgrade code so I now have to find out where. But I will have it done. Then the Viscount.
