Well, I initially did. But I looked over some of the posts he made, and I figured it best he remain without them. Permanently.
If Banshee or Hostile take issue with this, I really couldn't care less, and I think I'll just keep re-suspending him if they re-enable him. He's a complete waste of space. I am tolerant of foreigners with poor English, mostly because my foreign is prolly worse than their English, but even Babelfish could get the grammar better than him. I'm fed up of him being a complete PITA. So, yeah. iloo, you're fucking GONE.

what about a game mode where you only have a few engineers, and there are random buildings scattered around the map.
you have to pick which ones you want carefully as engineer could be disabled, meaning once you decide to capture a building, there's no going back
(just an idea... dont really know if it would work in game)
oh and what about a king of the hill game mode?
where you have to have units on a certain area and hold the 'hill' for as long as you can, every so often (to stop people just mass spamming units and making it impossible to get past) maybe a superweapon can be dropped on the 'hill'(nuke, weatherstorm, whatever)
you would then have to build up your units again and quickly get back to the hill
again, dont know how this would work out in game

Just for clarity, I don't have direct power to ban an IP but can request such from the higher up but this isn't often used method as may prevent other people too as not all IPs are perma.

IP ban is pointless. However there is no escape from DNS ban. A DNS ban on iloo will work.
