the version of the mod with the new elven units and whatnot has not been released yet, so you'll have to wait a bit before you can get that.

How do I become a beta tester for RJ's Mod?
I think his work is great and I can mod as well as map...

first off register. then you can post in this thread what you can do; perhaps give some examples if you can. being active in the forums never hurt anyone either.
and welcome :shiftee:

@Hexman: no, i cant give you the day it will be ready because even rob (the mod leader) doesnt know when it'll be done.

@elven warrior: no, the mote dont have ai yet, but they work fine if you want to play as them.
as ravnin said, elves dont have ents anymore, they have spellcaster siege units. i found the videos here; that page also has details on the rest of the new elven system that is being implemented.
im not positive on what your second question is actually asking so for now i guess i just wont get to that one :shiftee:

Well, okay. Yeah they are fun to play :shiftee: Well Lindon could be with Arnor because Lindon helped Arnor in the war against Witch-king. And that game dat. error thing when mordor is killed, is that be fixed?

the mordor bug is fixed i think.

@stig: no, i cant. read my post thats just 2 posts above yours. please read the page at least before you post in the thread.

@hexman: no. jsut to give you an idea of how unpredictable it is, the new release was at one point planned for early june. we have no way of knowing how long it will take. i would expect it soon, but im not making any promises or actual predictions at this point.

Modding is a hobby, not a job, and is therefore is of secondary importance. Schedules can't really be put out because people's real lives take priority.

A screen rob showed.

And, if sauron can turn himself into a werewolf and gandalf can make lightning jump out of his sword and saruman can make avalanches 100 miles away with his voice and summoned allies pop out of grass, I think one of the blue wizards could figure out how to animate a bag of bones...

Valid point, yoda. As it were, animating a bag of bones would be easier than most of the others things you said.

Lightning doesn't really jump out of his sword. If I recall correctly, lightning hits his sword and he stabs the Balrog with the electronically charged sword. But he was more powerful than Saruman so it wouldn't supprise me if he was capable of such.

Yeah, the skeleton's are not at all along the lines of raising the dead. It only is moving an inanimate object, finding what may be buried on the battlefield and creating something in the form of a unit. The idea is that one of the blue wizards creates illusions and plays with the senses while the other handles more of the tele-kenisis style of manipulating his surroundings.

It makes sense in context of how it is used. Out of context, I admit can look plain awful.
