Is there any way to play online with the offical players (people who dont have the beta) while keeping the beta itself lol I know this sounds wierd lol

You can only play a modded game with people who have the mod as well. If your game-files differ (to the other players), the game won't allow you to play.

Does anyone play the online mode? I mean how easy is it to find games and at what times? (GMT)

Go to the Bfme tournments and games forum. It'll be much easier. I also strongly recommend getting hamachi, most players only play on that.
