I've been itching to post pics of the beta now that have something playable but the terrain has been a complete mess so I couldn't really post anything. In fact most of the ingame pics I have posted used the terrain I made for MO & not the newer D-day terrain! So I locked myself away for awhile & got to work, two weeks of work & I've only just scratched the top of what have planed but it's a start & a good one.
Standard Urban Cliffs plus extra tiles to give 360o walls
New set of alternative ramps
New low cliffs (2 cells high instead of 4)
Cliff sets to join the low & high cliffs together.
With all these I should be able to make some interesting urban maps, I've also done water versions of most of them too. This is just the beginning of the new urban terrain I have planed, I've already started on the first of several types of roads & Bridges.

wow, this is going to make some pretty unique maps
so in having one 2 cell high cliff, does it mean you can then add another 2 cell high level over that one ?

work is sacred...so don't go near it.

It looks quite good, details like those railings really make it look neat .
