Snow frames need to be converted but i cant so could someone convert snow frames or make better frames?(I have XCC Mixer)

If you posted pictures instead of the files then
a) ppl couldn't steal your work as easily
B) more ppl would be inclined to comment (dling a file is more hassle, so for newbie work, most don't bother- I usually don't).

As for the building you posted, it's okay, but a bit pointless.

Yeah, if the game speed is about 15fps, that'll play in less than half a second

It'll play in a simple 1/3 second. Its 4 frames :?

yer i think decent build ups should hav at least 10 frames for 2x2

Buildups accellerate then decelerates as it reaches its destination. They also have several parts of the building moving at the same time.
