Hi i'm wondering if there is a way to edit the shaders in a way that the housecolor only overwrites the diffuse map and is overlayed by the bump and specular maps and remove that awefull neon glow that it has.

Does anyone actually know how to edit shaders? It's virtually impossible without any kind of tutorial.

get the direct x sdk
get a text editor
search for a tutorial on the net.
