Pardon me for asking but what exactly is black pudding I know roughly what haggis is (meat cooked in a sheeps stomach right?)

OMG. I knew the OP must have been American when I saw the thread title.

Here's a hint in future, don't work out where hot-dog sausages, or burgers, or any processed meats come from. Steamed from the bone scraps, guts, brain and anus ftw.
