When ever I play all the enemy will do is basically make these police cars and trucks, and really nothing else. They make some normal troops but basically just those police cars and trucks incessantly. So could someone advise me on what to do about it?

NP removes/increased the units "limit" of the game. Without NP any buildable units listed over 100 will cause the error described in the first post.
