Theme: Divisions.
Closing date: 26th September, 12 midnight, BST.
Word limit: 1500, or thereabouts.

Any form of writing is admissible, haiku included. All entries should be posted here, with the name of the piece and the word count at the top.

EDIT: Just divisions now, work with that instead. :p

wait, i dont understand the theme

subdivisions.... isn't that where you divide a piece of land into smaller blocks?
(theres been alot of that going on with a house near my highschool... its now three lots instead of one)

I believe that it's one entry per participant.

Also, subdivisions isn't thát ambiguous, it's basically about seperation of just about anything. This could mean death, lost love, that sort of thing...

so its a tale about separation... in any form?(for example a black and white community which is seperate, or someone who has lost their parents.... or a kid whose house is being subdivided :))

Dead on, except that it doesn't have to be a tale. It could be whatever you like, although stories are generally easier to tell. As long as it in some way is relevant to the theme.
