fellow g33ks I sadly have to inform you that Remix3 is officialy dead.
Pend apologizes for this and states that he wanted to continue his work in November but has decided to not do so because the buginess of the sage engine.
He will continue to mod and that is on DoW/DoW2 and you are all welcome to join us (I will inform you of an webstie/forum if we will make one).

That is quite unfortunate. On the upside at least he's still modding, even if it's a different game.

Can't you Upload the GLA-Assault Gen?????
It were very nice to see, if the GLA can match with the others.....
(this mod had seemed to be Thery cool.......... sad that we can't see, what you have thougt,
so we couldn't see a reason (I think....) to end this Special mod what seemed to be one of the best, ever..............)
And for the Sage-Engine........
Can't you Copy all of the models for one Faction and only Change the Weapon or the head (so Every one Walks like the Others...... only Skin and Weapon are Different from the Other models........ this where good for China, becourse i think the look all the Same O_o (sry if I was Wrong...).
I liked espacialy rhe Laser-Gen-Plan..... whith its Deadly Microwaves^^
(other Idea for the Sage Engine, Remove some Infantry from USA and make some kind of Wheelled Drones and use the USA Models for China or GLA,
becourse the Drones would Fit to USA^^, so you could make some Scrapped type of Infantry for GLA or some Older-seemed Infantry for China (Wheeled) so you MUSTN'T use the Sage-Engine Anyway)
(I mean, the sage engine was for Infantry-Models, Or not?)
Do anything but dont let the Project die......
Its one of the best, if it wasn't the best already....

Ok. if the mod is really dead, it's a shame. However DoW is a much better game than ZH I have to say. If you could bring concepts from this game there (if you're modding DOW/DOW2) that would be cool. I've always liked Eldar the most, them and their meele and magic specialties. If you do mod DOW/DOW2 plz don't immitate other mods and make space marines OPed like they are in mosts mods. Too many ppl like them, and I LOVE to watch them being cut down by good old fashioned spears and swords.

Don't forget that he's in Iraq at this time and that could actually make it harder to mode. if it is dead (which i hope not) can't all the files and stuff for the mod be finished off by someone else on the team
i'd love to see the GLA completed or at least add the assault gen in
if no one else can finish it or want to, perhaps upload whatever u have, and let other people finish it, like the contra lot.
sorry if it offends the people who work(ed) hard on it, to just give it away, but i would really like to see it completed, and i hope the team can do the best they can if it dies.

no offence Gredinus, but i would have thought he would have at least contacted a few more people, and they would have confirmed it; and i would i thought he could have logged in here but there you go.
i understand that it would be very difficult to mod over there and upload or update the mod, and stuff, but cant anyone else here help complete it, or at least fix some bugs and implement the assault gen. that is if he has given up and not been able to say so here; which i find very unlikely, but you never no. No offence again.

Well actually both Demo and Assault Gen are finished, Pend just hid it from the public so he could make a big news update.
And most of Remix3 will go to Creator's Contra (unconfirmed).

That is HIGHL|Y unlikely, creator has his own type of game play. Pends stuff Ie: Ideas, models and so on maybe used but the whole tech upgrade and such will be no more it would be general points related.hopefully it will stay faithful to the remix concept and idea

I like both gameplay styles. My only hope is that creator would use the units Pend added, and the laser gen stuff. I don't want to see all of those units go to waste (I believe Remix has a lot more units than contra)
