Pls... can someone tell me how does this power of Epsilon work?

I believe you click it on any infantry, tank or turret of yours (Or allies/enemies) and it boosts its attack.. I have no idea is it supposed to show somewhere the unit is buffed or if it has some actual lasting time.. But that is how I understood it by reading the description of the skill on the mainpage (Epsilon Buildings).

It might have a activation sound or animation display but basically yes thats how injection works.

Treat it like you would a iron curtain.

Also if your wondering about why amount boosted/recharge time is so long, its because the effect is stackable.
