Then you gotta adjust lighting of a lot things if you really want realism fully as light is normally set to cartoony levels.
Hmmmm, sound interesting! How do I? Is something to do with InfantryExtraLight and stuff?
Yes, then you got the buildings that have been rendered very bright so could use ExtraLight=-200 or something in their art settings but this may cause lag unless you wanna edit every building art, civilian & sides instead.
Of course Terrain is just as bad, so you got your work ahead of you.
not only that you are showcasing pictures of debris filled screens trying show off but most better coders know DAMN WELL that it makes game LAG BAD!
If you've got a lame PC, yes. No, just kidding! Actually, the game slowed down, but far less than I had expexted. Not more than if you place lots of buildings with ActiveAnims into your screen. It is still playable. But, actually, I'm still working on the code (after all, this mod is just taking its first steps), and you won't see these problems in the release.
You will only notice it truly well in online tests.
and Jihad, thats Holy war AFAIK so not too sure on that name lol

I'm ripping and resizing from Age Of Empires II and Empire Earth - but of course, that makes the buildings look outdated. Still, it works for Barracks, and a little edit work even got me a war factory. Of course, this is really not so good. Maybe someone knows good resources?
Sides / Countries:
Allies - USA, European Union, Asian Alliance
Soviet - Russian Federation, China, Latin Confederation
'Brotherhood' - Arab Union, Iran, African Empire
USA
Gets Paratroops and veteran Marine.
Europeans
Western Europe except for Switzerland. Get veteran spawned aircraft (from Carrier and Destroyer)
Asian Alliance
This is Allied side asian nations - India, South Korea, Thailand, Philippines, Nepal and also Oceania in one House. Get veteran fighter aircraft (Harrier and Stealth).
Russia
This counts as all nations with slavic influence, also the central asian republics. Gets veteran submarines.
China
This is not only China, but also all sinic nation of Asia, which are not Allied - China, Mongolia, North Korea, Myanmar, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia.
China's special is not yet defined.
Latin Confederation
This is latin american socialist nations - Cuba, Columbia, Venezuela.
Arab Union
This are the Arab states from Yemen in South, through Saudi Arabia, to Iraq in the North. It is bordered by the Mediterranean in the west and the Persians (Iran) in the east.
African Empire
This is Maghrib (north Africa), and also Nigeria, Somalia and all African nation with majority islamic.
Iran
This is Iran like we know it.

Specialized: Air, Sea
USA
This is like real-life US. The special power of the USA is its focus on landing operations. The US will produce transport helicopters and Landing Craft as veterans. They can also drop Paratroopers, like in original RA2. On the downside, US gets less income from every harvester delivery.
European Union
Flag happen to be a bit big, I will change:
This is the European Union as it is known from real life, so propably, I don't need to fill y'all in on it, because is easy, you can look on wikipedia if you really care...!
European Union's special power is its technological development in aircraft and missile technology (Airbus, Eurofighters). Aircraft produced in the European Union will be produced as veterans (but not helicopters). Also, AEGIS Cruisers and Missile Boats are produced as Veterans. The Union can also produce ground vehicles with better armor and speed. On the downside, infantry is a little more expensive for the EU, because it have so low birth rates.
Asian Alliance
Asian Alliance flag (concept, will still get those ray-like stripes like on the rl flag of Imperial Japan, emitted by the red circle on the left, and those symbols from the Korean flag).
The Asian Alliance is one of the new houses of my mod, belonging to the Allies. It consits of:
- India
- Japan
- South Korea
- Thailand
- Singapore
- Philippines
- Taiwan (territorial dispute w China)
The special power of the Asian Alliance is its heavy investment in naval power, especially in naval aircraft, which has long replaced the conventional artillery of GWWII's Allied Cruisers as mean of long-range power projection. The AA's fleet of Destroyers and Aircraft Carriers is famed for its efficient naval aircraft.
(All spawned aircraft is spawned as Veterans)
(This is new special, taking form European Union. European Union will instead get veteran normal aircraft, originally intend for AA.)
Also, Asian Alliance can produce cheaper buildings.
I have not yet have an idea for a debuff for the Alliance.
Soviet
Specialized: Ground forces
Russian Federation
Russian Federation can build Veteran APOCALYPSE TANKS. Also, all Russian vehicles have greater firepower and armor.
China
China can build Veteran FLAME TANKS. Chinese also get cheaper infantry, and more powerful walls.
Latin Confederation
Latin Confederation can build Veteran T-34 TANKS for their jungle warfare. Aslo, all Latin Confederation units have faster rate of fire, and greater speed.
Brotherhood
Specialized: Infantry
Arab Union
Arab union can train veteran TERRORISTS. This is especially good because, since they self-destruct, terrorist will never attain Veteran or Elite status by training. Veteran Terrorists can become invisible to enemy units (only when they have sensors, they can see them), and also plant C4 on buildings instead of suicide bombing and also self-heal.
African Empire
Idiom says that "in the African Empire, a child learns to fire an AK-74 before it learns to walk". Bear this truth or not, fact is that early training undoubtedly has a positive impact on the quality of African Empire's soldiers, so that the Empire trains its PARTISANS (basic Brotherhood infantry) as Veterans.
Iran
Iran can train veteran SNIPERS.

New stolen tech unit - Delta Force
(Allies steal Allied tech, replaces former "Ghost" concept)
The Delta Force can:
- Kill enemy infantry with one stab & disguise as the soldier they have killed.
- Use a light machine gun against buildings and vehicles to do moderate damage.
- Deploy and use a laserpointer to call in a cruise missile strike. It will take some time for the Delta Force until he can undeploy or fire any other weapon, so he will be defenseless while waiting for the strike. You should always send some other forces for protection.

- Since vr. 0.9 AI uses ALL the new unit in own taskforces!
- New Allied unit Abrams Tank
- Soviet Terror Drone is now "Sentry Drone". It can detect cloaked units and has a machine gun against infantry.
- Misc changes to Ver. 09:
- Missile Boat is now soviet unit
- Added custom particle system for Black Apocalypse's railgun to ensure damage is done to infantry along the line of fire, while the tank will actually not use the railguns against infantry. (will use Gattling instead)
- Added Flamethrower, reintroduced Tesla Trooper, added Tesla Vanguard and Tesla Commando (for when soviet steals Allied Tech).
- Elite Cadre, Molotov now uses different cameos (same as flamethrower). Black Guard uses different cameo. Cyborg Molotov, which is different unit, is new soviet hero. Weapon of Elite Cadre now use by Flamethrower, while Elite Cadre has stronger weapon (half-way between Flamer and Molotov's flame cannon).
- Will remove Rocket Soldier from soviets and replace totally by Tank Hunter for anti-ground, and reintroduce Flak Trooper for anti-air. Rocket soldiers are now solely allies infantry.
- The EMP Mine, which disables any vehicle driving onto it. The Mine will slowly take damage while disabling the vehicle, and after some time, it will be destroy. The vehicle will then be set free.
- The Practice Target, which is buildable and can be targeted by your units to promote them.
- Fighter jet that can actually fire at aircraft.
- Neutral buildigns: Zoo, Armory, Power Plant, Sensor Array, Tech Center.
- New types of spawnable missiles! Without RockPatch! The only bug to this is that they become unstoppable when within some cells of their target.
- Parasite, which enters enemy brains and controls them.
- Also for Brotherhood, the
- Infector
- , which plants a parasite into enemy vehicles.
In next version, mod will have:
- The Brotherhood's Tunneling Platform. While being also a powerful base defense that can easily dismantle stationary targets, the main purpose of the Tunneling Platform is to open underground connection, allowing units to travel past all defenses into the enemy base. (The building does not yet have graphic and the Tunneling anim is still very bad)
- The Neutral Civilian Tech – errr – Tech Tech Center will enable Supply Drop, which you can use to drop money crate somewhere.
- Allied General (for custom breifing movies)
- Paladian Tank / Howitzer
- Molotov, new soviet hero:

- Altenate Abrams (too close to Paladin Tank, and also wrong color scheme, but the original graphic isn't very good either - if you know good Abrams voxel, let me know!):

You mean, other people do this also? Tell me one mod, where is anime content? Like, do they have anime cameos, or use anime briefing movies? That would be fascinating to see. But if you tell me, I will take out the anime pieces from my mod.

Well, then you will have problem with RA3, because AFAIK, the Japanese units are all modeled after japanese sci-fi animes...

I think you should look for some better voxel of the Abrams, there are many of them and one which MO uses. I have found him somewhere, but I don't know where it was,
look into Resources list, there are plenty of nice public voxels. If you don't like blue colour, use pallete conversion in VXLSE_III.
And your Stingray transport has black dots syndrom, it can be fixed. Open latest VXLSE_III (1.38 I think), fill whole voxel by colour of the surface (otherwise you will get another dots) and use latest autonormal with range 2.1-2.7. If you use RA2 range, it will be more rounded, if you use TS range, it will be more cubical.

Maybe someone can help & tell me what went wrong? I also did a sweep of the VehicleTypes, InfantryTypes and AircraftTypes lists before the IE occured, reordering buildable units first, and then unbuildable, to get around the 100 units bug (before, all the AIs would start to build supply trucks in a frenzy).
Back to the briefings concept, would you like her for the briefings instead of anime pciture?:
She does look a bit like typical C&C briefings officer, and imagine the briefing to be given by subtitles, and also the mission location or other scenes etc will be blended in (though it might be messy with copyright stuff?)?
