Keep in mind that I've never skinned before, but I'll do my best. I'm not really sure how to do it, though.
This is looking good. Can someone supply me with a list of units/heroes that need new Palantir art and/or button images. Also I can make buttons for spells.
What powers will the heroes have?

Yeah, there doesn't have to be a troll hero. That's kinda too much. So, if Sauron is a normal hero, I suppose the Ring hero system will be abolished?

I will give you all the Palantir Art when i get on my cp that has gimp.
So basically we are kinda short? dont you all think? on a skinner and possibly a mapper.

hexman, u can work with rjorrin on map discussing and druchii can talk with Wicked on coding.

What kind of Armor do the Arnor longbowmen use? Will they be more like rangers, strong with long range but armor?
I think that they should have more armor and an increase of range than normal archers

Except they have bows and no cape. We could try to make a model for them based on the arnor Archers.

Why not just use the MotW banner and heavy armor buttons? Won't those work. IWe can use some skins from T3A downloads like the Khazad Guards. I need some button pics of the following Gfire:

Also, are there going to be separate forged blades and heavy armor upgrades for Elves and Men?
So how will you tell the difference between archers and longbowmen in game?
Edit: Are the King's guard going to be Knights of Dol Amroth on Foot. I don't know if it is possible just to cut it off the horse. If not, you could use the one from here. It would probably need a bit of skinning work, to replace the ship with the sign of Numenor, or something.
I also have two new buttons (longbow and soldier) done.

The forge currently has the 'Elven Eregion Forge' model.
For the regular archers i am planning on using this picture: http://s190.photobuc...rnorarchers.png that Gfire made. and for the longbow i will use this one: http://s190.photobuc...rnorarchers.png also made by Gfire. And the regular's name will be "Arnor Archers" and the LOngbows will be "Gondor Longbows".
EDIT: I have view the Knights of Dol Amroth's textures and well it's harder than just regular soldier textures. There is about 3 different texture files each with both textures from the horse and the knight so i think they will be a bit tougher to make on foot. I'll try to experiment with the textures to see what happens but i can't promise anything. Otherwise if we can't it on foot then we will have to edit Nertea's models and replace the ship with the Tree.

I guess that would be fine. It might look better with a filter or something, though. The rest of the buttons are fine, right? The Men blades.Yeah i guess i'll use the ones in-game. Only thing is they look nothing like Arnor armor. The orcs, i don't know about. We could give them some stronger units like Black orcs from in-game or other ones that can get upgrades, but like you said, orc don't really know how to build much.

Yeah, some of Mordor's stronger Orcs should be upgradable.
