Changes:

- Spy can infiltrate buildings back again, he no longer clears garrisons
- There is no longer a Grizzly Tank on water in Epsilon: Duality mission
- Chrono Prison can now clear tank bunkers
- Epsilon: Frozen Candles loading screen fixed
- increased Deviation Fists' explosive missile damage
- Injection affects only one cell now, but it has faster recharge time
- Kaamos Cannon strength decreased
- Scorpion Cell loading screen no longer lists Lasher Tank as veteran unit
- game speed slightly decreased
- Barrels Rack should be displayed correctly in temperate terrain
- South Korean Hornets launched from Aircraft Carriers are veteran now
- Black Eagle attacks aircrafts with missile
- Gate to Allied base in Epsilon: Frozen Candles is actually being destroyed by Starflares now
- basic tanks are twice less effective against infantry when elite now
- Cloning Vats replace Epsilon Airpad in Allied: Paranoiac
- Fixed missing string in Allied: Paranoiac Desert Mercenaries use correct name now

Simply place the file in your RA2/YR directory before activating Mental Omega via mod launcher.

v2.0PSI Patch 1

Each new patch will keep the same name, check their "freshness" with dates of release, all dates will be available in the changelog.
