delete all folders from FTP

When i want to delete all my folders from my ftp account then i get an error: unable to delete folder. How can i delete all folders from my ftp account? This are my properties for the folders:

If you've installed PhPNuke, you can't delete the folders.
It just won't do it, as I found out a while back.

Some folders are bitchy and won't delete by FTP. It's usaly because of a file inside the folder.
Just tell me which folders you want deleted and i'll run a command to make the server do it.
