well valid as in working on the internet? it probably isnt impossible just to take one of the keygens and create some validator-test that checks with the server, but i have a slight suspicion they might have something prepared for that.

If their solution is for you to 'try out every possible last letter/number' to get the correct key, then there's no flood protection or lock-out for repeatedly trying. Therefore, I could just write programs to go through every possible combination, and return the correct results.
Which also has the wonderful side-effect of locking every new user out of activating their game. Cool huh?

They don't put the serial online before you go online. So you'd have to find out what command the game sends once it gets online to validate the serial, then emulate that part of the code to find valid serials. a bit more work i believe.
