As for me, at first I thought that Obama would win but I'd vote for McCain. Now I actually feel McCain has a fighting chance.

Though, honestly, it should be Palin or Biden (sp?). Because either of the Prez's is going to die in office thanks to McCain's poor health and crazies, "out for teh 'Bamma!".

Anyways, all the projections so far show Obama is pretty much in.
It was actually the other way around for me mike. At first I was for McCain, but I slowly came to Obama, largely because of Palin, and Obama actually seems to have a plan.


Yep, Obama won. For better or for worse, things are probably going to change.

I kinda would've been sympathetic to whoever got in, because they've not only got a ridiculous amount of problems in America but also in the rest of the world to consider. No matter what they do, it's going to piss someone off and progress is going to be slow enough that everyone hates whoever it is. We'll get Hostile saying 'I told you so', but it won't be Obama's fault. He'll do his best but there's only so much he can change in his lifetime, especially with the hard-line McCain congressmen who, just like the veto power at Revora, are perfectly capable of putting a fucking wrench in everything he tries to do.

Hell, what he does manage to do might not work. But I at least have faith the man will try to do something. I would have no faith in McCain to do anything other than keep the status quo.
