Multi.mix or Multimd.mix

Open it with XCC Mixer, which you will need if you want to create a (good) mod.

Oh sorry, you ment the map generator maps? I don't know...Maybe also in Multi.mix or Multimd.mix...

Random map generator maps arnt saved as accessable maps.

AFAIK when you generate random map and select "Use Map", it saves RandMap.Map file into your RA2 directory, which can be opened by FinalAlert. Thus, is not even necessary to save map from Random map generator menu. Atleast this is case in YR...

Thats only with NPatch. Without it forms Rand01.txt etc (IIRC the name of the file correctly) which is unreadable.
