It´s quite good 
but I think you did it in higher quality and then rescaled it to 64x64, don´t do that
256x256 or 512x512 are much better
just for the future, don´t scale anything down, unless you made it in 1024x1024 or higher

64x64, 128x128, 256x256, and so on
these are the sizes a skin can have, yours is 64x64 and I thought you did it in a better quality (for example 256x256), and rescaled it to 64x64, which means the skin is of lower quality than it was when you made it

it's not 64x64...
it could be 128x128 or 256x256, or above, but then it's really a waste
if their 64x64, you can barely see the details, as you can here
However, I would like to see another shot of them, when you've zoomed in, so we can see them up close

Actually there are dunedain rangers , not only the model , the skin even is the dunedain rangers frome Lord of The rings Online .
Now i'v got a Helm's Deep Elf skin . Enjoy it .
