Kinda... You don't have to put the person's name at the beginning. It goes like this:

[generic saying][person's name][end of generic saying] or

[person's name][generic saying] or

[generic saying][person's name].

For example,


Santa loves some_weirdGuy; he's got a big sack of goodies, too.
