Another build plot? as in you want another place to build things in or you want another 'structure' to be built on the buildplot?
For another buildplot (place) you need to edit the fortress_men.bse with WB :p

it's a fortress build plot like those it already has wich allows us to build expansions like catapults, arrow towers etc

what i want is to add up another build plot like the mordor fortress since it has 7 expansion build plots.

Open the fortress bse-file for motw (located in the subfolder bases) in WB. Copy-Paste one of the SidePlots (select sideplot, press ctrl+c, press ctrl+v), turn it by 90°, move it to the correct spot (calculate x/y by using one of the sideplots as a base and the mirror/reverse the x/y values). In the window that shows the traits of the plot-object mark it as BASE.
Save file.
Open bse file with hex-editor and correct the name of the base (somewhere in the first few lines) that usually doesn't get the capital letters right when using the WB-save function.
Ready.

Edit: corrected calculation.

Have you tried reinstalling your BFME to get WB to work?
