Weapons: Durandal, a massive two-handed greatsword. He also wears thick plate armour to match his sword. His sword is hewn from obsidian, perhaps the only metal able to withstand Arngrim's battle wrath.

History: Arngrim's name is mud among the majority of his people. He was banished after committing a grave insult to the king of the Furya; he demonstrated his weakness in front of his Court and a number of honour guard. However, for all their slander, he remains one of their most feared warriors and before his exile he was a hero to all common soldiery.
He is, and always has been, a sellsword of great reknown. Prior to exile, his services were almost solely to his king, however make no mistake - his loyalty is to coin, not country. He has fought on both sides of wars before now, finishing one contract before offering his services to the opposing side. He is incredibly arrogant, and oft boasts of victories (yet few are hollow boasts) or taunts the weakness of friend and foe. He loathes weakness, particularly from those in positions of power. For all flaws, he does have the virtue of honour - he will fulfil a contract or die trying. He is also a relatively fair fighter, if one counts battling using a six-foot greatsword as fair.
Although it makes his already grand frame look even more imposing, his armour is certainly not for show; it bears the marks of having shrugged off what would otherwise have been deathblows. He possesses no other weapon save his own strength and rage. When his own great strength isn't enough, and he's sufficiently enraged, he channels his innate magical power into the strength of his arms, and this 'soul crush' can smash through what even brute force cannot. He never casts spells in the traditional sense - though he appreciates the value of magic, he sees it as beneath him.
