Hey, whenever I play with Men, the heroes of Rohan never show . Is this supposed to happen? If not, maybe you can help me fix this.

The Rohan heroes are supposed to be only available when you build the golden hall.
Axed Head and A.I. Coder for S.E.E. and ... stuff
