How do I download The Elven alliance mod?

I don't know which folder to extract the elven alliance data?? PlZ!! help!!

You extract it to wherever and then run the installer.
No fuel left for the pilgrims

As I recall, you don't even need to extract it, just run it

After I run the installer and finish, is there any else taht i have to do, like allow the mod? or just play BFME2 like usual and the units will work?
