How in the world do you use the ALO Viewer to get the scale dimensions? And just to be sure, what Viewer and version? I'm using Mike.nl's ver. 1.2.

File>Details. Find the main mesh for the ship on the highest LOD level. Click on that and you get the size of the bounding box. Add those to get the dimensions, but make sure you know which one you're comparing to canonically (I try to list the longest known dimension in the text by convention).

The rest is just simple arithmetic. The scale for space is 2/3, so a perfectly-scaled model would have that for a scale factor. Everything else take to the fifth significant digit (yes, scientific notation... a testament to just how standardized the mod is). It might help to practice on one of the ones I've already done and found a scale factor for.

Question: For the icons, do you just use resized screenshots from the ALO viewer? I'm looking to add some stuff, but want to upgrade the icons.
I'd release 'em if I could ever figure out who all I needed to ask. I can't read half of the boards. ;)

Map Editor actually; the ALO Viewer doesn't attach hardpoints.

Now that I am on vacations, I want to continue doing the Lucrehulk, although I would really appreciate some help. Is anyone willing?
