Are you coding it into BFME1?
Do you know what you are doing?
With the lack of information, We are worried that we will just be wasting time and effort on a lost project from the start.

Find an article on modding, preferrably for beginners. I recommend you start by editing an existing model and use one of the articles as a guide.
For the software, look here: T3A-Downloads Section

".. coding is basically boring. What's fun is finding out how things work, take them apart and then put them together in ways that were not intended nor even conceived."

First, you'll have to make the model, and the texture.
And then you have to attach the model to a skeleton from dot to dot.
Then you need to code it in, then you need to create a new "asset.dat" for it.
Sajjad, who is going to code him in? where is he going?

Modelling even Kit Bashing takes a while to learn.
There are very few modellers in this community and even fewer talented ones.
They often kept very busy working on mod teams.
