Gondor needs less expensive upgrades... they cost way too much! :p

I tried peasant rush today and... it didn't work! :) Hard Mordor killed all my peasants with towers. I only could win with 2 full-upgarded Rohirrms, 3 Fire-arrowed Royal Guards, Aragorn, Eomer and Gimli.
So peasant rush is not a problem if you look after your defense

I'd say no to less expensive upgardes. Gondor is already little OP. Or maybe it's just because I play only against computer :p

What? They're the cheapest ingame if you think ahead and build some blacksmiths...

For Gondor I always build blacksmiths....
First, farms look terrible in the castle, second... They lower the upgrades, and you can buy them from it :) They cost 50 more, but who cares?
Farms are for outposts...

Then again, I don't really need the price cut-off for cavalry :p

Perhaps it'd be an idea to disable building farms inside the castle.
This would force gondorians (who are normally the turtly kind) to expand or be extinguished.

@ Matias: Cheapest ingame? I always have 6 blacksmiths and they still cost 360 per. That's much more than Rohan's... and puts the player at a large disadvantage if they're actually playing against someone smart. :)

Yeah, Gondor's are a bit more expensive, but they have a better econ than Rohan, so about balances out.
.....Besides, letting Fene get upgrades even faster would be insane

(Shudders)
And I don't even want to hear ANYTHING about ANY factions needing a decrease in upgrade price.

Mordor's Mumakils need to be able to be set on fire. I haven't been able to set a single one on fire since I got TEA, and Northern Ithilien on hard is impossible for me to beat.

Agreed... I don't know how that happened, but setting Mumakil on fire was one of the best parts of the vanilla game.

...and now it's gone... :p ;)

Are you supposed to play the campaign with TEA? I don't know if it was properly adapted.

Let me tell you. Hell yeah. Far better than the vanilla one.

And yeah. Those were the changed ones. Others were planned, but were never done.

Mirk- eh what? I thought that was an ancillary battle... or is it scripted into the campaign now?

Well, the elves have been added to the level and you have to destroy Dol Guldor.
But yeah, it's optional.

So is there any way people can be more specific on their balance changes? For example, instead of just saying "their attack power needs to be reduced," try to say something like "reduce attack power by 25%." This will really help me out. :p

Gondor Knights need a 10% attack increase, I think :p. The Mirkwood Scouts should also run about 10% faster. That way Uruks can't get them.
I'm creeping, not gone.
