ok, sure, the ontos gets AA somehow, but even so, it's slow as. being slow just makes you a target for easy (and fun!) hit-and-run attacks.

I am pretty sure that Cyclone does not have any sort of anti-air weaponry (plus i doubt chrono-erase even works versus air). It's intended as airborne Chrono Prison equivalent able to fire on only ground targets i think..

There is specific Interceptor plane for all sides that do Air to Air only but thats manual targeting with luckily unlimited ammo
