So, I have done a search this time. The big file has been extracted, the correct w3x file has been found using bin viewer, but the w3x decompiler refuses to extract it. The program crashes after a short time.
"fxshldharvester.w3x" is the file I want. Any ideas? I take it the tool works via magic?

Yes, magical pixie faeries.

What is this "w3x decompiler" you speak of? You mean jonwil's w3x extractor? You don't extract the big file from the game if you want to use that. You just run the tool, it extracts straight from the game.

Yes Jonwill's W3X extractor. Its not working.
Does it auto detect the C&C3's directory? Does it matter if its not installed in the default location? Does the tool have to be in the same folder has the file your extracting is in?

It auto-detects the install directory, I have mine in a non-standard directory. This is a KW model yes? Do you have the absolute latest version of jonwil's tools?

Yes I have the latest version, also your right it is a Kane's wrath model. Maybe it's the file I'm trying to download. Could you try extracting "fxshldharvester.w3x" and seeing wether it works or comes up with an error?

Afraid I don't have KW installed, just TW, and that file does not exist in TW (I tried). I tested cbsilo.w3x though.
