Is this mod officially dead or what? I've still been playing the beta 2 version for absolutely ages now :( One thing that really irritates me is not being able to use the forceshield. If you do not plan on finishing the mod is there any chance you could send me a little explanation on how to re-enable the forceshield? Thanks.

Yes, to see what can be done with the RP right? Any idea on what kind of timeframe we're looking at? Personally i think this is one of the best mods for C&C out there, would really like to see it finished one day :good:

DCoder has no release date but is working on it (for example few days ago published images of TS Laser fences & Firestorm walls, etc)

Still nothing? Did you ever release the version 99 beta 3 to the public? I've seen it in the changelog and have looked around for it many times, maybe I just noob?

As Gen.Kenobi says: The mod is inactive. I would like continue it in the future when the Ares project is released as "stable" (Is a more advanced system to expand YR mods than the old RockPatch hack), I talked about it on another topic :)

I'll post here so as to not hog the screenshot thread..

RE- The gates.. Plenty of people have implemented working gates now, perhaps you could ask around. Maybe someone will let you use theirs? Gates are a HUGE part of C&C, was such a shame that they didn't have them in RA2 :(

Gates aren't planned for this release but is a feature that I want for the mod (if possible I would like to it myself).
Personally I never used gates in TS...

No new features (see why) because I want release this mod version "soon". :rolleyes:

Ahh I see, well you still have a bit of time I guess. If the new mod version requires a working Ares 2 to run?

And gates are awesome, it's what makes a base a 'proper base' :p

I would like to have extra info from the testers but... where are they? I hope that they post something in the next days in the development forum to give additional info to the interested gamers... :sleep:

With the long list of messages related of feedback/bugs from the testers & you not readed none :blink:? </sarcasm>
They are doing a great job ignoring with the testing process</sarcasm>
...</sarcasm>

I'll not do the final touchs to the mod (if is necessary) until I receive feedback but don't worry that only I need to fix 5 or 6 frames of buildings, everything will not be changed until the next release that I have planned (no more info of future plans until C&C:R 1.0 is released) :wink_new:

No new news about the mod, It will not be released until the stable release of Ares 0.2, so a bit of calm :popcorn:

Additionally, I'll be busy during the next 3 weeks so if Ares is released during these 3 weeks C&C:R will not be released until I'm free...
