Yeah, that's a good way of explaining it. ;)

Droidekas are probably a 5, and Jedi are an uber 10. :glare:

btw, Ed, I forgot to say how much I liked that shell map! :p Pretty awesome, and it gives me and idea. When we get those random Jedi coded in, recreate the battle of Geonosis in a shell map and use that as the Main Menu background.

A man after my own heart, I had a similar idea, it'd be cool if we could make the Geonosian Amphitheatre and just have the came in a doorway as the jedi emerge from te shadows, either that or I'll do something about preparing for war with acclamators coming in and gunships landing, a distance shot

Hmmm... any plans for the Gungans? I bet Matias and Super Awesome BFME II have stuff you can use. :p

took a break from coding to start on this, can't really think of any place to have these creatures in the game, however I do want them in there somewhere, as well as other SW creatures.

Pretty nice ed :) You could use any random creatures in place of the nature items from BFME (bears, dogs, birds etc)

Good idea, Shikari! :)

I'd say that... well, dogs and birds in Star Wars just wouldn't cut it for me. Now, if they had three heads each... :p

In a clone factory could be cool, 'cause he looks pretty cool..

But not as a neutral creature :)

Otherwise, he could be some kinda special unit, or units, for a Kamino campaign map :p

They'd be great as shootable civilians on a Kamino map....(that's my evil genius side, folks. no need for alarm :) )

Yeah, all of those things would be cool; kamino civilians, maybe a special support unit for clones, and I'd like to see them standing around doing stuff around clone factories/barracks :p

Awesome mod btw, everything so far is looking amazing :)

That's one of the main problems...because Palpatine is really trying to get the republic to win, but has to do it in a way that he has complete control :) So...yeah, we're just putting him on CIS to make life simpler :p

well actually the CIS had no clue that Palpatine and their Lord Sidious were in fact the same person. In fact the only person that knew about it was Dooku. It could work to have a tug of war over Palpatine and Sidious as they could be the "Ring Hero" (or whatever you want to call it) that is summonable. Sidious would be more a of a brute character literally killing all those in his way while Palpatine would be more of a support hero offering strong morale and experience boosts.

If you really want to kill those Kamino people then why not have Kamino as an Evil mission. It could be the setup as the downfall of the Republic. Why not have it as if the CIS was pulling a full-scale battle against the Republic. However General Grevious led a small force to destroy the Kamino factories while most of the clones were out fighting in this battle.

Well, Palpatine wasn't really a republic hero either...he just used the republic to get to the empire :)

Kamino...there was a battle of Kamino at some point. Don't think grievous was there though.

Yes but in Skirmish i don't think it would matter.

There can always be a 2nd battle that could succeed if you want it to be. Of course there is little room to explore in the Clone Wars era because everything's basically been explored in novels, games, movies, and even cartoon shows.

Yeah, well, if any in the CIS knew that Palpatine was Lord Sidious, then things would have turned out completely different... for many reasons :) First, they could've talked and let the Republic know about him, but doubt that would be possible, with Mind Trick and all.. :p And they would probably have begged him to join the CIS and the Republic, to form an Empire (maybe :p) that had both Droids and Clonetroopers...

I still remember when I thought "Hey, why shut down the droids? They can be very useful for the Empire" and I still believe that...Their inferior to clones, but they've got the numbers.. ;)

Guys, this mod is looking pretty good! I've heard Star Wars many times before but now there seems to be some serious progress ^^

If you ever need a good map made, ini codes to be written , or even some voice acting, let me know :)
