Careful. This link is DANGEROUS. Do NOT click it. This one, however, is fine.
I had the meaning of life in my signature, but it exceeded the character limit.

Probably need to take out the bit about a blade forged in Valinor too. That means, more than likely, Feanor made it. OPness

Or do we have to create it now

As for the Hobbit.. he wouldn't be that well-armed. I'd also leave out the fireworks. I understand why you want to use them, but they aren't very realistic, and wouldn't help much in a battle to the death with some Orcs.
EDIT: You'll get a chance to pick up new weapons and gear at Rivendell. 'til then, you're stuck with your ordinary things. For you, I'd say just have him have a hunting bow and some arrows, having come to Archet for news (being a 'queer Took' 'n all) and getting swept up in our journey.

I've just left him with the shortsword and short bow with 20 arrows
How about the Buckler? Does that have to be removed?
And can I add a Med Helm?
I don't want him to be the most useless out of all of us...
Oh, and will we get to participate in some big battles?
Maybe we can add a sort of 'ammunition system' for range attackers, to make it more realistic
Along with a list of our current weapons and armor that can be updated as we go along

Second.. no sword. He can get an Elvish blade in Rivendell, but not now. There weren't any in the Shire, except for a few decorative (ancient!) blades hung over fireplaces. No helm either. Very un-Hobbit-like maybe way later on (depending on how his story goes) he could pick one up in some far distant country, who knows.

He was Elrond's left thumb. Elrond's left thumb was much less useful than his right . He was just overly willing to fight and Elrond gave him missions that would be suicidal to about 60% of the Rivendell warriors. Elrond had him challenged and tries to foster his abilities. Glorfindel just took everything that would kill everyone but Elrond.Hmmmm... You said that he was Elrond's thumb, JUST LIKE GLORFINDEL. Did you see the other errors I brought up?
Oh, and Elven, the sword was Belegind's father's sword. He saw the light and was one of the exiles. And yes, I'm going to make him born in Lindon in the early second age. And maybe just a FRIEND of Elrond, not advisor. A general, perhaps, but a lesser one. One of the minor lords in Imladris would be about fitting.

And you still have the not-true bit about Elrond calling for a conclave at Archet..
EDIT: /nitpick
EDITZ: Oh the irony.
EDITZ3: Yargh. Don't really like that Hobbit at all do none of you know what one is?

And why not have him be Elrond's friend ? His friends weren't necessarily named.
