Hey detail I would like to have the following sub-forums please.
Mods I'm working on:
Leader/Lead Coder: WoB Mod Home Page
Coder: JungleMist Mod Home Page
Lead Coder: King Maker Mod Home Page

Too many people have asked for loads of forums and then no used them in the past.
Clans - HL2 is not out, so i doubt this is needed.
Servers - When you get to a testing stage this would be good, untill then it's not needed.
Mapping - Maybe, as HL1 maps can (i think) be converted to HL2. This could also be used for mission and map design.
Suggestions - Open Discussion sounds like a good place to put suggestions.
Open Discussion - This is fine.
Open Tech Support - Do you have anything to support?
Please take a moment to think about you're choises. You can always request new forums again when there more likely to be used.
