Unique heroes

The other day, after fighting 7 Mordor AI armies, I have realised the incredible number of Nazgûl they can have (9 x 7 = 63!!!)
So, taking in account this mod focus on realism, I propose Heroes should be unique within the same team. It's quite annoying to have 4 Sarumans walking around, you know.

The Dark is patient...
The Dark is generous...
And it always wins...
But in the heart of its power lies weakness...
It takes but a single candle to hold it back...
Love is more then a candle...
Love can ignite the stars.

Why do you fight seven of the same thing? doesn't that defeat the purpose of fighting more than one enemy?
I don't think so! I like the epic feeling of my handful Gondorians fighting greatly outnumbered against the legions of Sauron. According to the Lore, the bad factions never fought together a single battle.
I'd like to see loads of enemies and unique heroes attacking me, instead of loads of repeated heroes.

Mordor sent Uruks and Orc-captains in allegiance to the Black Tower and Lidless Eye to Moria, Isengard, and the Misty Mountains to act as Sauron's fingers in those areas. Grishnahk (sp?) and the Uruk-chieftain (as well as some Uruk warriors Gandalf mentioned seeing) in Moria are examples.

Even so, Boromir is dead, so is Lurtz, Elrond never left Rivendel, Dain was too old to fight, Galadrial would never take the ring, Osgiliath had not bridges, and Shelob got smacked by Sam. If we are going strictly off lore, the game would be pretty boring.
However, I do think something to keep AI hero repeats down would be good. Sometimes its nice to have a 2 Mordor vs 2 Gondor at Osgiliath, but the two Aragorns and the 18 ring wraiths kind of throw off some of the realism. Maybe make it possible to turn heroes off. (That would be cool. Just nothing but huge armies)

Hero Options:
#Full (Like it is now)
#Limited (Only one of each hero allowed on the map at one time)
#None (No heroes [that was a tough one to figure out])

But this is just a wild guess on my part as I know nothing about coding so am unsure if this is even possible

Liar!

And? I was speaking about whole evil armies fighting together as allies, not a handful of Mordor Uruks amidst the whole army of Moria
About how could it work, I would keep it simple. All Heroes are "unblocked" at the begining of the game, when someone in your team buy a Hero, he becomes blocked (unavailable) for everybody else. When the Hero dies, he can be resurrected by any player.

1. Yes, Boromir is dead.
2. Lurtz never even existed in the books. It doesn't matter for him.
3. Elrond didn't leave Rivendell during the War of the Ring...
4. I beg to differ. Dain fought until the last day of his life, and was described as "old but unbowed" when he fell in battle before Erebor.
5. Galadriel seriously considered taking the ring...
6. Yes it did.
7. But she didn't die.
Careful. This link is DANGEROUS. Do NOT click it. This one, however, is fine.
I had the meaning of life in my signature, but it exceeded the character limit.
