You know, I saw Meet the Spartans on Saturday. You just have to watch that! It's so funny!

You should be banned for that statement. Even my little brother thought it was awful.

well still, my other points stand - is khamul portrayed as a nazgul or an easterling in your mod?

Khamul is in Nazgul form.

He has Screech, the Negative leadership,Leadership plus a vacuum move.

I have decided to split up the Nazgul into different versions.
I'll work out the names a little later.

Now another small update, there was a bit of discussion around the Rohan Militia about them being weird being both ranged and melee at the same time.
So I am giving them a weapon toggle and I will raise their price to 200.
The Rohan Warriors will be made a bit stronger and a little pricier.

I have a few new units planned for Mordor and Dol Guldor.

Mordor: Orc Ambushers Orcs with strong attack, weak armour and a cloak style stealth.
Orc Engineer (if you have a better name for them be sure to post them)
The Orc Engineer will construct traps like firepits (flame based attack),Spikes (anti cavalry).

Dol Guldor:Orc Firebomber,Orc Veterans
The Orc firebombers will be anti structure units.
Orc Veterans will be Orcs trained and experienced in forest combat they are stealthed units, ranged units.

I did a bit of research so none of these ideas are mine but a few names for Nazgul are possibly Gharkul, Herumor and Fuinur, Ji Indur Dawndeath, Akhorahil, Hoarmurath (Númenórean), Adunaphel the Quiet (female Númenórean), Ren the Unclean and Uvatha the Horseman. I think that the Nazgul in the faction featruing Easterlings should have more armour as Easterlings have heavy armour while Nazgul in the basic Mordor faction should have the traditional black robe look while Dol Goldur Nazgul should look a bit like this http://tolkiengatewa...-Castellans.jpg or http://i467.photobuc...castleclear.jpg I know their Castellans but still maybe they could have a similar look. With Minas Morgul maybe the Nazgul could have armour similiar to the Witch King without the crown so like gaunlets, face masks, greaves and other light armour pieces to distinguish themselves.

Agreed but it'd be nice to have some variation between factions.

Source: Wikipedia
Some fans also speculate that Herumor and Fuinur, renegade Númenóreans who rose to great power among the Haradrim, became Nazgûl. But these Black Númenóreans were born long after the Nazgûl appeared.

The early Middle-earth Role Playing games (and material derived from them) name the eight other than Khamûl; Er-Murazor (the Witch-king, of Númenórean race), Dwar of Waw, Ji Indur Dawndeath, Akhorahil (Númenórean), Hoarmurath of Dir, Adûnaphel the Quiet (female Númenórean), Ren the Unclean and Uva the Horseman, but none of these names come from Tolkien. In the context of the books, it is unlikely that any of the Nazgûl would have been female.

In the Lord of the Rings Trading Card Game, chiefly based on the Jackson films, the Nazgûl are called The Witch King, Úlairë Attëa (The Easterling), Úlairë Nelya, Úlairë Cantëa, Úlairë Lemenya, Úlairë Enquëa, Úlairë Otsëa, Úlairë Toldëa and Úlairë Nertëa. These are not new names: Úlairë in Quenya means "Ringwraith", and the second word is simply a number from two to nine.

Another thing you can do is look up who was king at the time Sauron let the elves forge the rings of power, and take those names as your Nazgul.
If the above post offended you in any way,
please take note that, until further notice, I don't care, so get lost.

Time for another discussion topic.
I will be making the Westfold Riders soon who will be Rohan's Special Heavy Cavalry.
I'm not sure how they should be armed should they have Swords or Spears?.
They will have large Shields and Scale Mail.
The Westfold Shield bearers will have a similar look.

That's true I usually do but it's healthy (I think) for a mod to get some follower input.
Discussion helps keep interest up during the modding winter.

Besides it beats actually doing work on the mod:P

I think I have the Nazgul names decided

Witch King
Khamul
Dark Warden - ruled in Umbar
Shadow King - lived in Dol Guldor with Khamul,Once a Numenorean King
Burz Ash - Once a Numenorean King
Fire Shadow - Originally from Harad
Tainted Blade - Ruled a Numenorean haven far South
The Cursed - Easterling King
The Nameless - the weakest of the Nine, possibly from the Men of Dunharrow.

Ahh spoil sport! it wouldda been cooler with maybe a mixture of the other names (still, its ur mod :p )

anyway, about the new rohan unit, it would be nice, especially if they are considered to be an elite unit, to probably have a mix of sword and spear, and even maybe a nice special attack (maybe a small weak version of a heroic charge? (10% damage, 20% armour increase etc)) i think itd be nice to incorporate some sort of special attack, especially into an elite unit, to make it stand out over the rest of the units.

Also, maybe the horse armour coudl be upgraded too? of course, we dont want em bein OP, but horse armour would be something i havent really seen done in other mod - it might slow the unit down, to represent the extra weight, but then maybe that special attack could compliment this "weakness".
