Jeth Calark recently suggested a new tactic for controlling the lava flow of stories and characters that are going to be everywhere. One of the most important points of this re-organization is whether to categorize the worlds into Donation and Involved Worlds.
Donation Worlds- You can have a character from these, but other people won't show up from it.
Involved Worlds- You can have a character from these, and other people from the story will show up later on.

Yes, I would like to see the stories sorted into involved and donated tales, simply because otherwise there will be far, far too many characters in play and it'll be far too confusing. Also, I think the good and evil factions should split off into as many as possible, because that would be far more fun. Difficult to organise, but kinda awesome.
I hope I am a good enough writer that some day dwarves kill me and drink my blood for wisdom.

Since it was my idea, I'll be voting yes. Of course! 
Anyways, on the second question, I put 4-5, but 3-4 is probably closer to what I wanted to put. Just to let you know.
Honestly, I think it really depends on how much stuff we truly pull from Involved Worlds.

The Donation Worlds will actually be given cameos... for example, we'll turn on the news to find out that the Dragon Jousters are wreaking havoc in Cairo, or that the Wargals are attacking the Tower of London... or something...
