The Legend of Zelda- Twilight Princess

Hyrule is home to several races, each with their own unique culture. Humans are predominant, occupying Hyrule Castle Town at the heart of Lanayru province. Although Castle Town is their main city, they also have settlements in the Ordon and Eldin provinces, at the foot of Death Mountain and the edge of the Faron Woods. The Zora live at the top of Hyrule’s great river in a beautiful place called Zora’s Domain. The Gorons mine the top of Death Mountain, although several enterprising souls have set up shops in Castle Town. The Faron province, which lies between Eldin, Ordon, and Lanayru, is heavily wooded and home only to a couple of adventurous shop owners. The Gerudo Desert is to the east of the rest of Hyrule, and home to a now-derelict prison for Hyrule’s worst criminals. To the northeast of Zora’s Domain is Snowpeak, a giant mountain that nobody has fully explored.

The protagonist of the story is Link, a young farm hand at the Ordon Ranch. At the opening of the story he is selected to deliver a sword and shield to the Royal Family. The village warrior, Rusl, gives him sword lessons, which he puts to good use when he rescues one of the village children from a roving group of Bokoblins. However, as he is about to depart, his friends Colin and Ilia are kidnapped by boar-riding Bulblins. Link attempts to give chase but finds himself at the edge of another dimension: the Twilight. Before he can run, he is grabbed by a giant hand and forced into the Twilight, where he changes into a wolf bearing the sacred mark of the Triforce. After being imprisoned in a deep dungeon, he is rescued by an impish stranger named Midna, who agrees to free him if he will help her find a certain item. Midna leads him to Princess Zelda, who tells him of how she failed to defeat the Twilight King Zant. She urges him to escape, and he does so with Midna’s help.
Link returns to the Light World, but he is still a wolf. Midna tells him to steal the sword and shield from Rusl, which he does. As he returns to the Twilight, he is hailed by Ordona, the spirit of light who protects the province. Ordona tells him that in order to save Faron province from the Twilight, he must find its light spirit. Link returns to Faron and, following the instructions of the spirit, tracks down sixteen dark insects who hold the Tears of Light, fragments of the spirit’s power. When the province is freed from the Twilight, Link finds himself as a human again. Midna tells him that one of the items she needs is hidden deep within Forest Temple, so she sends him there. After fighting his way through the temple, Link retrieves the first Fused Shadow.
Link’s next quest is to free Eldin from the Twilight. He collects the Tears of Light once again and is sent to help the Gorons. However, they are xenophobic after the onset of the Twilight and refuse to allow him to climb Death Mountain.

Careful. This link is DANGEROUS. Do NOT click it. This one, however, is fine.

I had the meaning of life in my signature, but it exceeded the character limit.
