Rob is not the only one who knows how to make build plot maps.
I already converted 2 from bfme 1.
Eaves of Fangorn and Mirkwood.
I posted it in the beta forums.
I will post it here too. It shouldn't be a problem.
There is a few things you have to do to 'convert' the file.
Not much actually, but wont go into it now.
I am currently campaigning in the beta forums to have a few changes done regarding the build plot process so that the process can be automatic; that is to say, if all works well, you should be able to drag a bfme1 build plot map into rotwk custom map folder, open the map, add one upgrade to the map's script, save, and you should be set.
Hopefully by the next patch release, a couple of things will be fixed with build plot maps that i can't fix. This includes having farm plots working properly. If we are lucky, hopefully the outposts and camps will be working too.
Anyway, I added a few changes to these 2 buildplot maps to make it more balanced. This includes money from farms, 25 before, now reduced to 10, and population reduced to a constant to reduce lag and to create balance. There is however, an imbalance in the game itself, but this will hopefully be fixed in a later patch.
The maps are attached below.
Unzip them and put them in the ROTWK downloaded maps folder.
Then play the map in game under rj's mod and it should work.
NOTE: I didn't test it with the latest patch yet, but it should still work.

The problem with making buildplot maps is that they take forever and RJ is the only one who knows how to do them. You can play on FOI-buildplots as Gondor, but only against other people because there is no AI.
So did you like the new maps?
